This farmhouse Rosemary Manchego is made from whole, raw Manchega sheep milk in the Castile-La Mancha region of central Spain. The entire cheese-making process is done by the family cheesemaster by hand. Rosemary Manchego is a hard, dry, aged Manchego style cheese , entirely covered with aromatic, savoury rosemary. The manchego has strong, full flavour with nutty and earthy undertones and a fragrant, floral aroma.
