Acacia honey is made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree. Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, then blend the honey with the highest quality Italian white truffle shavings. Luxuriously smooth texture, with a powerful white truffle aroma. The taste is uniquely sweet & earthy with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.
Artigiani del Tartufo comes from the idea of group of truffle hunters from Umbria, Italy. They source the highest quality truffle in Italy and turning them into the finest artisanal products that are known and exported all over the world.

We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
