Manchego With Chilli & Paprika

Milk: sheep | Type: semi-hard | Origin: La Mancha, Spain

Rooted in the La Mancha wilderness of central Spain, Manchego hails from milk of the Manchega sheep. Fostered on the pastures in the heartland of Spain, this semi-hard cheese is identified by its distinctive herringbone rind and sweet savour. This one, in particular, has been cured with spicy chilli paste and paprika powder, which gives it an intense and unforgettable flavour.

Garrotxa

Milk: goat | Type: semi-hard | Origin: Catalonia, Spain

Garrotxa is a traditional goat's milk cheese produced in the Garrotxa area of Catalonia in Northern Spain. A semi-hard cheese aged for 75 days. The full-bodied cheese is rich in flavour with a soft paste and a moist, creamy, yet almost flaky texture.

Manchego Aged 12 Months

This version of Manchego has been aged for 12 months, which creates a slightly firmer texture—similar to that of a Parmesan, but perhaps a little creamier. The Manchego Cheese 12 Months features wonderful acidic, nutty tones, and is regarded as the most popular cheese in Spain.
