Top Tier: Brillat Savarin Triple Cream Brie by Will Studd

Milk: cow | Type: soft, bloomy rind | Origin: France

This decadent triple cream from Burgundy is made with whole milk enriched with extra cream. It's incredibly rich and has a melt-in-the-mouth texture that delivers creamy flavours and finishes with a mild tanginess. The complexity of this cheese belies its delicious ooziness rind.

Second Tier: Chèvre de Rambouilet Blue

Milk: goat | Type: soft, blue vein | Origin: France

This pure goat’s milk ‘chevre’ is hand-made on a farm not far from the famous castle of Rambouillet, which housed a model dairy built for Marie Antoinette during the reign of Louis XVI. The secret of this soft, supple cheese is that it starts with exceptional quality fresh milk collected from the farm’s pristine herd of 600 Alpine goats. We select it for its enticing, mild, savoury blue flavours, which gradually develop as the cheese ages.

Third Tier: Adelaide Hills Double Cream Brie

Milk: cow | Type: bloomy rind | Origin: Adelaide

Creamy and indulgent, extra cream is added to the curd to make this white mould surfaced-ripened cow’s milk cheese. It is made in the Adelaide Hills and has a rich buttery flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture. This Brie is perfect as an appetiser or as an hors d’oeuvre at cocktail parties. Enjoy it with a softer red like Merlot or Pinot Noir or a beer like a Pilsner or Pale Ale.

 

Bottom Tier: Truffle Manchego

Milk: sheep | Type: semi-hard | Origin: Spain

This farmhouse Truffle cheese is made from pasteurised Manchega sheep's milk in the Castile-La Mancha region of central Spain. It is firm, smooth, and creamy in texture with a nutty, sweet flavour, perfectly balanced with the black truffle's intensely aromatic mushroomy aroma.

    We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.

    All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
