We appreciate your suggestion about bundling delivery costs into our product prices. We handle this separately because many of our customers pick up their orders directly from our physical store.
Including delivery in the product price would mean charging store visitors for a service they do not use.Additionally, we charge a flat $10 delivery fee for nearby customers (under 20 minutes away).
Bundling a higher average delivery cost into the items would unfairly raise prices for these local deliveries. Separating the fees ensures everyone pays only for what they use.It was a true pleasure helping you with your gift. We hope your friend loved it!
