Second Layer: Pyengana Truckle Cheddar
Milk: Cow | Type: Hard | Origin: Pyengana Valley, Tasmania
The name “Pyengana” is thought of by many Australian cheese lovers as the quintessential Aussie cloth-bound cheddar. All of the milk comes from the herd of Holstein cows, which graze on the farm’s lush paddocks, and which is reflected in the rich colour and complex flavor of the cheese. The cows are milked throughout the year, with the herd separated into summer and winter milkers. This one is Australia’s best example of how a cheddar should be. Its richness of flavour, the butteriness, and that earthy smell from the cloth makes this a must-have.

Stilton is a traditional, semi-soft English cheese that dates back to the early 18th century or perhaps even earlier. It is a quintessential English cheese, suitable not only for celebrations, but also to perk up everyday dishes. Colston Bassett Stilton is considered one of the best Stilton. They make this cheese in a unique way using hand-ladled curd and animal rennet. It has a close, creamy texture with pale, ivory paste and a homogeneous distribution of blue coloured veins.

We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
