Top Tier: Sheep Sensation by Prom Country
Milk: Sheep| Type: Soft | Origin: Victoria, Australia
Made from the rich sheep milk of South Gippsland pastures, Sheep Sensation is a unique, farmhouse-style cheese and it draws its inspiration from the wrinkly lactic cheeses of Southern France.
Second Tier: Manchego 3 Months
Milk: Cow: | Type: Semi-hard | Origin: Spain
True Manchego is made from 100% sheep's milk. The abundance of wild herbs on Central Spain’s grazing lands gives Manchego a special taste and aroma. Manchego Cheese 12 Month features wonderful acidic, nutty tones, and is regarded as the most popular cheese in Spain.
Bottom Tier: Brie de Nangis

Brie de Nangis hails from Brie, just southwest of Paris, France, and is one of the milder, more buttery Bries. It almost disappeared from production but has seen a revival over the past few decades. Brie de Nangis is creamy and smooth and has a slightly chalky center that becomes runny with age.

Something Else You Should Know
We're aim to fulfill all deliveries by 7pm on the nominated date of delivery but we can't promise a specific time slot during the day. If you are sending to an apartment or unit, please ensure someone is home to receive the cheese. We will always make attempts to contact recipients when no one is home.
All products we offer especially cheese is seasonal and occasionally we will need to substitute with similar item. We will always make sure we are replacing with something that's equal value or higher.
